BREACH OF CUSTODY DUTIES

Article 223 of the Penal Code punishes, with a prison sentence of 6 months to 2 years, the person who, having custody of a minor or a disabled person in need of special protection, does not present him/her to his/her parents or guardians without justification, when requested by them.
