Receiving

The crime of receiving stolen goods is regulated in Article 298 of the Spanish Penal Code, which punishes anyone who, with intent to profit and with knowledge of the commission of a crime against property or the socio-economic order, in which they did not participate as either perpetrator or accomplice, helps those responsible to benefit from the proceeds of the crime, or receives, acquires, or conceals such proceeds .
