CRIMES AGAINST HISTORICAL HERITAGE

Crimes against historical heritage are regulated in arts. 321 to 324 of the Penal Code, which punish conducts that affect certain goods that, due to their historical, cultural, scientific or technical nature, are considered especially valuable for society and, therefore, are subject to special protection.
