CATASTROPHIC RISK CRIMES

The regulation of catastrophic risk crimes is provided for in arts. 341 to 350 of the Penal Code. Through these precepts, conducts related to nuclear energy and ionizing radiation, havoc and risk crimes caused by explosives and other agents are punished.
